The new tenant, however, presented a different challenge. Rather than simply providing a standard serviced office, the existing meeting room needed to be transformed into a specialist treatment environment. The brief required the space to accommodate a professional therapy suite, providing a private and comfortable environment for massage and soft-tissue treatments, alongside a dedicated area for nail and beauty treatments.

What had previously been a fairly standard meeting room therefore needed careful consideration of its layout, functionality and overall presentation. The project required us to look beyond simply filling vacant space and instead create an environment that was practical, professional and suitable for the tenant’s specific business needs.

The result was a successful conversion of an underutilised commercial area into a purpose-designed workspace, increasing the property’s income potential while providing the tenant with a professional environment in which to operate and grow their business.
