We were appointed to oversee the planning, design, refurbishment and outfitting of a 1,750 sq ft light industrial unit, transforming what was previously a basic industrial space into a fully functional, bright and vibrant modern office.

The project required careful consideration of how best to utilise the available floor area while creating a professional working environment that was both practical and welcoming. Our approach focused on maximising the usable space, improving natural light and creating a layout that supported the day-to-day requirements of the occupier.

The refurbishment included the transformation of the existing accommodation into high-quality office space, with attention given to the internal layout, finishes, lighting, workspace functionality and overall presentation. The design was intended to move away from the traditional industrial aesthetic and create an environment that employees would enjoy working in and visitors would find professional and welcoming.
