Superb serviced officeWe had 1,700 square foot of space that was vacant for 4-6 months with not a big budget for conversion. Business Centres Direct offered a budget that would allow us to create 7 offices at 1,300 square foot billable, a meeting room, a new kitchen and a new comms line to provide private and secure comms. Excellent job, early ETA and on budget. Business Centres Direct also let the offices and now manage the serviced office operation. - Great experience.

Bit of a gamechangerOur 3,500 square foot open-plan office in Sunderland was gathering dust. BCD provided us with a project plan that showed we could use the space to develop 15 smaller serviced offices. This was a game changer, they developed site, upgraded the toilets and kitchens and we are now ready to roll out the sales and marketing plans to fill our new serviced offices.

They came in developed a plan to market the centre, to make it serviced office as opposed to meeting room focussed. Within 5 months, we were fully occupied, new flooring upgrades were made, a large office re-customisation had took place and we had installed a new leased line to provide better internet and comms.
