We were appointed to deliver the outfitting of a substantial serviced office facility spanning two floors and approximately 13,425 sq ft. The objective was to create a modern, vibrant and flexible working environment that would appeal to a diverse range of businesses while providing an enjoyable experience for both tenants and their employees.

The project involved more than simply creating functional office accommodation. We wanted to develop a workplace that balanced professional working environments with welcoming, engaging breakout areas, giving occupiers the flexibility to work productively while also providing spaces for collaboration, informal meetings and relaxation.

Careful consideration was given to the layout and flow of the space, ensuring that individual offices provided comfortable and practical working environments while shared areas encouraged interaction between occupiers. The breakout spaces were designed to provide an alternative to traditional office settings, creating areas where people could step away from their desks, hold informal discussions or simply take a break during the working day.
